When you're young, a lot of your time is spent figuring out who you are. Whether we like it or not, there are factors outside of our control that define us. For me, it's being a man and all that comes with that. But every day, I'm constantly changing my own definition of what it means to be a man—exploring my interests beyond societal expectations. Being confident in your sexuality means testing the outer limits and having fun while doing so. The cuts on this volume of Musique du Mois are all about sex and, more so, being confident in your sexuality.

Makeup is one of my new favorite forms of self expression. Ever since I wore a cat eye as part of my Halloween costume, I've become obsessed with adding a little glam to my eyes. There's something about embracing the culturally-decided femininity of makeup that makes me all the more sexually confident in myself while I'm out on the town.
One of my favorite artists on this playlist is Tove Lo—whose entire sophomore album, Lady Wood, is a poised middle finger to anyone who might disapprove of her fearless sensuality.
Other tracks like "Savage", "Blow Your Mind", "On Fire" and "Champion Lover" explore even more daring adventures in lust over intoxicating electronic beats. They make the perfect soundtrack for prepping for a night of clubbing, a house party of your own or, dare I say, a romantic evening with a special someone.
The final song, "Last Night in Los Feliz" by Niia, is a slow burner in stark contrast to the rest of the playlist. Equally as sexy, this poetic track is about letting go of a relationship even though a physical attraction will always remain.
